A client-facing product that turned a consultancy's method into software its clients could run themselves.
Overview
Sennet advises organisations through complex change. Their method lived in documents and workshops, and could only scale through people.
Challenge
Codifying expertise risks flattening it. The product had to preserve the judgement that makes the method valuable while removing the repetition around it.
Approach
We separated the method into structured stages and guided discretion, then designed the product so advisers could remain in the room while the software carried the process.
Outcome
The platform now supports engagements end to end, giving clients continuity between sessions and advisers a clearer view of progress.
